The "Schnozzola" Durante was an accomplished piano player and bandleader. A very popular comedian in the 40s, 50s and 60s, few know he was one of the first Jazz recording artists. It was in the 1930s that Jimmy began to get roles in movies and became a radio star. In 1934, Jimmy would release the novelty hit "Inka Dinka Do" that became his singature tune.
